Recruitment & Application Process

Please choose your role below for an outline of our recruitment process. We usually operate a 3 stage process, beginning with a phone interview.

Clinicians

  • Initial screening interview with HR – usually via video call
  • Interview with our Clinical Director
  • Practice visit to meet Practice Manager and team

Dental Nurse

  • Initial screening interview with HR – usually via video call
  • Clinical interview with our head of nursing
  • Practice interview or in-practice trial with Practice Manager

Patient Care Coordinator / Front of House

  • Initial Screening interview with HR – usually via video
  • Practice visit or interview with Practice Manager
  • Presentation to our CEO

Practice Manager

  • Initial Screening interview with HR – usually via video call
  • Practice visit and interview with regional manager
  • Presentation to our CEO

Area Manager

  • Initial screening interview with HR – usually via video call
  • Practice visit and interview with National Operations Manager
  • Final interview with our CEO

Head Office Roles

  • Initial screening interview with HR – usually via video call
  • Interview with Head of Department and/or CEO at our head office in Bath
  • Second interview if required
